Participation
constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to
and acceptance of these
Official Rules.
Drawings are
held seven days a week for entries submitted the previous
day, entries submitted after 11:59:59 PM EST (server time)
will automatically included in the following day's
drawing. Winning numbers will be selected by
computerized random number generation.
You will automatically receive
an email confirmation of each entry at your registered email
address.

ELIGIBILITY:
This promotion is offered only electronically via the
Internet and is open to United States and Canadian Residents
at least 18 years and older. Void where prohibited.
Principals and employees of RDK Net Inc., subsidiaries, and
immediate family members of each are not eligible. This
Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state,
provincial, and local laws and regulations; it is void
wherever prohibited by law. By participating, you agree to
these Official Rules and to the decisions of RDK Net Inc.,
which are final and binding in all matters and all respects
relating to the Promotion. In the case of any dispute, the
Information contained in our database will govern and
control. All prizes are subject to eligibility verification.
In the event that there is any failure, error, or other
difficulty in the transmission of the entries to the prize
provider, for a given drawing, that drawing will be canceled
at RDK Net Inc.'s sole discretion and all entries will be
rolled over to the next scheduled drawing. |

Limit
of one valid user account per person. Use/Creation of
multiple user accounts is not allowed and will result in the
disqualification and removal of such accounts. |

Limit
of three active players per household. Each active
player must create and maintain their own valid user account
with their own unique valid email address. |

The standard
amount of entries per drawing is five sponsor entries.
Extra bonus and affiliate tickets are occasionally made
available and players will be notified of such.
Entries submitted during each
drawing period will be accumulated for the next upcoming
drawing.

Participants in
each drawing will be notified of the drawing results via
email on the day of the drawing. You must claim
any and all prizes within 14 days by utilizing the prize
claim links contained within your personalized email
notification. Unclaimed Prizes with the exception of the
Grand Prize and 2nd Prize will automatically become null and
void upon the commencement of the 15th day following the
drawing. Grand Prize and 2nd Prize winners will
be notified via email and certified postal mail and must
respond within 30 days of notification or prize will be
forfeited. Return of any prize notification or payment
as undeliverable may result in forfeiture of prize, it is
the contestant's responsibility to ensure that their account
contains current and valid information. Winners may be
required to provide government issued photo
identification. The
odds of winning the Grand Prize is approximately 1 in 55,935,264.
The overall odds of winning a prize is better than 1 in 4
and players are not limited on the quantity of their wins. |

Cash prize
winnings with the exception of the Grand Prize and 2nd
Prize, will be mailed within 4-6 weeks of the prize claim
date. Grand Prize winnings will be payable as a 40
year annuity. 2nd Prize winnings will be payable as a
2 year annuity. Grand Prize and 2nd Prize winners will be
required to execute and return an notarized Affidavit of
Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within seven
days following notification of such. Failure to comply
within this time period may result in
disqualification. Tax
liabilities resulting from any winnings shall be the sole
responsibility of the contestant. |

Cash Prizes are
limited to the amount of the drawing jackpot and shall be be
divided equally among winners of each winners bracket.

Players found to
be in violation of the official rules or abusing the
Ca$hBreak system will automatically be disqualified and any
winnings will be forfeited. |
|

Any
eligible player who refers another eligible player will win
a $100,000 referral prize if the referred player wins the
$1,000,000 grand prize within a two-year period after the
referral or a $5,000 referral prize if the referred player
wins the $50,000 second prize within a two-year period after
the referral.
The
$100,000 referral prize will
be payable as a 10 year annuity.
The $5,000 referral prize
will be paid at the rate of $500 per month for the next ten
months. If
the winning player was referred by two or more referring
players, only the first player who made the referral will be
entitled to the referral prize. |

responsible for any incorrect and/or inaccurate information,
whether caused by website users and/or by any of the

error which may occur in the processing of submissions in
Ca$hBreak's QuickCa$h Lotto. RDK Net Inc., Ca$hBreak and the
Sponsors assume no responsibility for any error,
omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation
or transmission, communications line failure, theft and/or
destruction and/or unauthorized access to, and/or alteration
of, entries. RDK Net Inc., Ca$hBreak and the Sponsors are
not responsible for any problems and/or technical
malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer
on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment,
software, failure of email and/or players on account of
technical problems and/or traffic congestion on the Internet
and/or at any website or combination thereof, including
injury or damage to participants or to any other person's
computer related to and/or resulting from participating or
downloading materials in this contest. If, for any reason,
the contest is not capable of running as planned, including
infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized
intervention, fraud, technical failures, and/or any other
causes beyond the control of RDK Net Inc., Ca$hBreak and the
Sponsors which corrupt or affect the administration,
security, fairness, integrity and/or proper conduct of this
contest, RDK Net Inc., Ca$hBreak reserves the right at
their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify and/or
